1. About Lindbergs I Ludvika AB

Lindbergs I Ludvika AB (559394-7582) is based in Ludvika, Sweden. The company’s postal address is Björnmossevägen 13B.

2. Orders

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all information about products, prices, billing, and delivery address.
If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@ecolira.com.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 5–12 business days. NOTE: Orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
Due to high demand at postal carriers, delays may occur. We kindly ask for your understanding as this is beyond our control.
If delivery delays arise without us informing you of an extended delivery time, please contact us at support@ecolira.com.
Please note that additional customs duties and VAT charges may apply, as you as the customer act as the private importer of the product.

4. Prices

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, typographical errors in the price list, or incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from the website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods you ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to cancel. The message should be sent to support@ecolira.com and clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.
You must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery condition, and the condition of the products upon return. Products should therefore be well packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product’s original value if it has been used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.

  • Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized products.

  • Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent and without the right of withdrawal.

  • Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.

  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we will remedy the defect free of charge in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
You must contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to make a complaint:

Report faults or defects to info@ecobrush.com with your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot remedy the defect or provide a similar product, we will issue a refund in accordance with consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not found defective under applicable consumer law. We follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

7. Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for indirect damages arising from the product.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or supplier delivery failures.
We are also not responsible for changes in product characteristics made by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for typographical errors on this website and for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that product images reflect the exact appearance, as color differences may occur depending on monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always aim to present products as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

According to law, website visitors must be informed that cookies are used. Cookie data may be used to track browsing behavior. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer to enable website functions. You can set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. 10. Personal Data

By shopping at Lindbergs I Ludvika AB, you accept our data protection policy and processing of personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more data than necessary to process your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties without legal basis.
Lindbergs I Ludvika AB is responsible for personal data processing. Data is used to manage orders and, where applicable, to send newsletters or promotional offers tailored to you.

Any information that can directly or indirectly be linked to a natural person.

10.2 What data do we store?

First and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history. Data is stored as long as there is a legal basis, such as fulfilling a contract or complying with legal obligations.

10.3 Legal basis

Personal data is processed to fulfill our agreement with you. Marketing is sent based on your consent.

10.4 Data sharing

Payment provider: Klarna (name, address, contact details, and personal identity number for invoice payments).
Shipping company: PostNord (name, address, and contact details for delivery notifications).
Newsletter provider: Klaviyo (name and email for marketing).

10.5–10.9 Your rights & security

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.
We use SSL/TLS and secure hashing standards to protect sensitive information.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved with customer service, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). EU residents may use the EU Commission’s ODR platform.
Disputes regarding these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
