Shipping & Delivery Information
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be shipped separately, which means you may receive your products in multiple packages. To ensure accurate and fast delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. It is important that you verify your delivery details carefully to avoid shipping issues. At checkout, you can choose your shipping method, including the free shipping option, which means the product may be shipped from a supplier outside the country.
Our standard order processing time is 2–5 business days after the order is placed. After processing, the estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days. These are estimated timeframes, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Once your order has been processed, we will generate a tracking number and send it to you via a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@ecolira.com and include your order number.
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Examples include public or national holidays, natural disasters, air or ground transport strikes, or other events beyond our control. If your delivery exceeds 45 business days, we offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
